SCULPTURE
Fromartz literally makes art from the world. She takes its disparate forms and allows them to coalesce into complex, energetic collectives. In her sculpture, the world speaks in its raucous vernacular of art, commercial materials, and found objects—plexiglass, translucent vinyl, toys, crutches, and fans. A dizzying array of the world’s stuff plays with the possibilities of morphing and colliding to make something new.
