Beach House Commission
Laciniata and Eridani, two 8.5 x 10 ft paintings, were commissioned for a new contemporary beach house. With painting, drawing, scissor cut forms, and fragments of mass media images, they are printed with archival pigment on synthetic paper. The paintings are mounted directly to the wall, facing each other across the room, allowing the conversation Fromartz imagined between them.
